Tasks: 

- Created a realistic, efficient schedule timeline to keep production on track.

- Drafted and distributed daily call sheets with all necessary info (crew call, location, weather, nearest hospitals, meal times, parking, etc.)

- Ran the set by keeping the production on schedule.

Directed background actors, reset scenes, and ensured crew readiness for each shot.

 

- Served as the bridge between the director, departments, and production team - as well as Providing additional personnel on site to support the productions needs.
